Effective for all digital products, programs, and services offered by Daily Wellness for You LLCBy checking the box next to these Terms of Purchase and completing your purchase, you ("Customer") agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Daily Wellness for You LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company ("Company"). These Terms apply to all digital products, self-guided programs, group coaching, and similar services and products ("Program(s)") purchased through our website.

1. PURCHASE DETAILS

Each Program is described on its respective sales page, including what is included and excluded. By purchasing, Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the features, limitations, and scope of the selected Program.Programs may include, but are not limited to:

Digital self-guided resources and structured contentGroup coaching calls or community access (if applicable)Pre-recorded trainings, PDFs, or downloadable tools

Programs do not include:

One-on-one coaching or personalized guidance unless explicitly statedCustom health, fitness, or nutrition plansMedical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

2. PAYMENT

Customer agrees to pay the posted price at the time of purchase. All payments are due in full unless a payment plan is specifically stated on the program’s sales page.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other options made available through our checkout provider.All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific Program’s refund policy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-DISCLOSURE

All materials, resources, videos, written content, and tools provided within any Program are the exclusive property of Daily Wellness for You LLC.Customer is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal use only. Program materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, shared, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.Any violation of this policy may result in legal action.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of most of our products and programs, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise stated on the specific Program sales page.By purchasing, Customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Company makes no guarantees regarding results from participation in any Program. Customer understands that individual results vary based on effort, consistency, lifestyle factors, and unique health conditions.Participation in any Program does not guarantee specific outcomes. 6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer voluntarily chooses to participate in the Program and assumes full responsibility for their choices, actions, and results. Any lifestyle, dietary, fitness, or wellness changes carry inherent risks.Customer is strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed medical professional before beginning any Program offered by the Company.Company is not liable for injuries, medical conditions, or any other negative outcomes resulting from participation.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY IN GROUP COACHING AND GROUP CALLS

For purchases that include group coaching and/or group calls: All client participants in group coaching activities and events hosted in the Program—including, but not limited to, group Zoom call sessions, challenges within the client community, and discussions in group chats or the client community—are required to maintain strict confidentiality.Information shared by others in these settings is private and must not be shared, recorded, or screenshotted. This policy ensures a safe and respectful environment for all participants, and Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with Customer’s use or participation in the Program.Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Wellness for You LLC, its owners, team members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from their participation or breach of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Customer agrees that their sole remedy, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the Program.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & MODIFICATIONS

These Terms of Purchase constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Company and supersede any prior discussions, emails, or verbal communications.

Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted on the Company’s website, and continued use of the website or future purchases constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
